Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
Search for ‘WP GitHub Sync Meta’
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Download wp-github-sync-meta.zip from the WordPress plugins repository.
Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
Select wp-github-sync-meta.zip from your computer
Click ‘Install Now’
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

Download wp-github-sync-meta.zip
Extract the wp-github-sync-meta directory to your computer
Upload the wp-github-sync-meta directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
