This plugin used to work okay for me; right now, in Wordpress 5.2.x and Gravity Forms 2.4.12, it's not working at all. You can select the currency per form, but amount fields revert to the default currency selected.

Even though the plugin has not been updated in two years, it still seems to do what it claims: Give a currency field on the form editing screen. It works! That is all I needed, as GravityForms may not come out with this feature for a few more months.
