Chatpulse Floating Chat adds a floating WhatsApp chat button to your WordPress website so visitors can reach you with one click.

External Services
This plugin connects to WhatsApp only when a visitor clicks a chat link. The link opens https://wa.me/ with the configured phone number and optional pre-filled message so the visitor can start a WhatsApp conversation.

The plugin also sends a JavaScript analytics event to Google Analytics only if the site owner has already added Google Analytics to the site. It does not load Google Analytics scripts or transmit data to Google by itself.

- Upload the
chatpulse-floating-chatfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Go to Settings > Chatpulse Floating Chat.
- Enter your WhatsApp number with country code, such as +923001234567.
- Save the settings.

Include the country code. Example: +923001234567 for Pakistan, +919876543210 for India, or +12125551234 for the United States.

Does it work on mobile devices?

Yes. On mobile devices, the chat link opens WhatsApp if the app is available. On desktop, it opens WhatsApp Web.

Yes. The settings page includes controls for common page types and comma-separated post or page IDs.

The plugin loads one small stylesheet and one small JavaScript file on pages where the floating chat button is displayed.
