Опис

AwoSign 2.0 is an all-in-one corporate identity, staff credential, and billing card studio for WordPress. Enter your company branding and staff list once, and generate 5 professional outputs directly inside WP Admin -> AwoSign with zero external API dependencies:

  • 1. Multi-Template HTML Email Signatures (600 px): Switch between Classic Left Logo, Modern Compact Bar, and Corporate Header Banner + QR table layouts compatible with Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
  • 2. Digital Business Card & vCard 3.0 (540 px & [awosign]): Share interactive digital contact cards with one-click .vcf contact download, high-resolution PNG export, and WhatsApp sharing.
  • 3. Printable Horizontal Business Cards (85 × 55 mm & A4 10-Up): Export double-sided 300 PPI or 600 DPI print-shop master PNGs (with 3 mm bleed and corner crop marks), or print 10 cards per A4 sheet (2×5 grid).
  • 4. Vertical CR80 Staff & Visitor ID Badges (54 × 86 mm & [awobadge]): Design vertical PVC lanyard badges with staff portrait photo (or automatic initials avatar), department, staff ID number, blood type, role band (STAFF / ENGINEER / EXECUTIVE / CONTRACTOR / VISITOR), back-side QR code, HSE emergency contact, CSV bulk staff import, and A4 9-up badge sheet printing.
  • 5. Official Company Invoice & Bank / IBAN Cards ([awocard] & WooCommerce BACS): Create official billing cards (Tax Office, Tax ID / VKN, MERSIS, KEP) and multi-currency Bank / IBAN / SWIFT cards with offline QR codes, one-click IBAN copy buttons, and optional automatic display on the WooCommerce Bank Transfer (BACS) thank-you page.

Shortcodes Included

  • [awosign id="prof_1"] — Embeds the selected staff member’s Digital Contact Card & vCard download button.
  • [awobadge id="prof_1"] (or [awosign type="badge" id="prof_1"]) — Embeds the vertical CR80 (54 × 86 mm) Front & Back Staff ID Badge.
  • [awocard] (or [awosign type="billing"]) — Embeds the Company Invoice Details Card and Bank / IBAN Cards with one-click copy buttons (mode="all|invoice|bank").

Privacy & Offline Architecture

ЧПП

Can I import multiple staff members at once for signatures and ID badges?

Yes. Use the CSV Bulk Import button in the top staff bar to import multiple staff profiles (Name, Title, Department, StaffNo, BloodType, Role, Phone, Email) in a single click.

How do I display company invoice details and IBAN cards on my Contact or Payment page?

Paste [awocard] (or [awosign type="billing"]) into any page or post, or enable the WooCommerce Bank Transfer (BACS) checkbox in the editor to display your IBAN cards automatically after checkout.

Why does Gmail or Outlook hide Base64 logos in email signatures?

Email clients block inline data:image/... strings for security. Use the Media Library Logo URL button in AwoSign to select a public https:// image URL from your WordPress Media Library.
