Installing CPM All in One Poll is easy:

Upload plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Start creating Polls and use them using the shortcode provided on Polls post type.

All positive reviews by the authors. That alone would warrant a balancing 1-star review but the plugin isn’t that good either. Free version is very limited and you can find better free plugins than this one’s 19$ Pro-version.
