CSDev Dash Clock adds a small live clock to the WordPress admin bar so you always know what time it is on the site you’re managing.
Features:
- Live clock in the admin bar, updated every second.
- Shows the site’s configured timezone next to the time (e.g. „Buenos Aires UTC-3“).
- Click the clock to toggle between the site timezone and UTC. The choice is remembered.
- Hover the clock to see the full date, shown inline without needing a tooltip.
No settings, no database options, nothing to configure — it just works after activation.

- Upload the plugin to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install it directly through the „Plugins“ screen in WordPress. - Activate the plugin through the „Plugins“ screen.
- The clock appears automatically in the admin bar for any user who can see the admin bar.

Does this add any settings page?

No. The plugin reads the timezone already configured in Settings > General and requires no additional configuration.

Can I show the clock on the front end too?

Yes, as long as the admin bar is showing (e.g. for logged-in users who have it enabled).

Does this store any data?

Only a single browser cookie to remember whether you last chose to view the time in UTC or in the site’s local timezone. No data is stored on the server.
