Marquee Marquee block is CSS based animation block to display scrolling text, images and any kinds of blocks horizontally and vertically.

Minimum Requirements

PHP 7.4 or greater is required.
MySQL 5.6 or greater, OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater, is required.

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option — WordPress will handle the file transfer, and you won’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu, and click “Add New.”

In the search field type “Marquee Block” then click “Search Plugins.” Once you’ve found us, you can view details about it such as the point release, rating, and description. Most importantly of course, you can install it by! Click “Install Now,” and WordPress will take it from there.

Manual installation

Manual installation method requires downloading the “Marquee Block” plugin and uploading it to your web server via your favorite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.

Thank you for creating this amazing and most of all accessible marquee block! I love how it is coded and how it functions. Here are just some suggestions for possible improvement: Editor appearance could be improved as currently it is quite confusing as it differs from the front-end appearance. For example, when the block is not selected in the editor, it could display as on front-end (meaning all the child items inline). Would appreciate setting custom unit for content gap setting. (Maybe use the spacing options interface and values?)

Great simple plugin. It works as expected. I really love that I can use my spectra blocks within this marquee block. I’ve installed some block packages, i.e., Qi Blocks, just to get their marquee block. This one is far superior to another one I’ve tested. Its functionality is awesome. Would you accept some suggestions to develop some more plugins like this? You seem to be a talented developer. Thank you for creating this awesome plugin.
