Avoid this for reviews – they’ve discontinued/abandoned their WooCommerce plugin to focus on Shopify. They will be deleting all your accounts shortly. Since they have left the plugin on WordPress, it’s clear they don’t care about you. I will be removing them from my Shopify stores as well, as trust has been lost. Check this out for an alternative : /plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/

Abandoning Woocommerce with less than two months notice. Ends September 2025. Not a way to end support for a software.

Can’t import our existing woo reviews out of the box, and for some reason they are focused on Shopify through their site, as every link goes to their shopify plugin. Used to be easy to use with woo, but apparently not any longer.

Had a small issue, and Daniel was able to fix the issue within minutes. It’s a great app too!
