With this plugin, you can embed your Dropchat chatbot into your WordPress website and implement a chat bubble that will appear in the lower right corner of the website.
This plugin utilizes Dropchat services to deploy a pre-trained chatbot on your website, leveraging the data you’ve uploaded to the Dropchat application.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/pluginsdirectory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.

How do I integrate the chatbot?

- Install this plugin on your WordPress website.
- Copy your Chatbot ID from Dropchat manage chatbot tab.
- Navigate to the „Dropchat Options“ tab under the „Settings“ menu in the sidebar of your WordPress dashboard.
- Paste your Chatbot ID into the designated field.
- Click „Save Changes“.
- Refresh your website to see the chatbot at the bottom right corner.
