Upload the folder `dogo-rss-widget` and its contents to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory or use the wordpress plugin installer 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Its a fine plugin if someone wants to showcase some instant stuff in their sidebar for their visitors.
