If you’re using the Classic Editor, or a page builder such as Elementor, then you can still use its built in short code [blocks-for-discogs]. A live demo can be seen at https://danielr.io/projects/blocks-for-discogs-demo/ ### Installation and Usage 1. Install and activate the plugin. 2. Navigate to Blocks for Discogs in the admin menu 3. Enter your Discogs.com username (required). If you don’t already have a discogs. com account, you can register for a free account [here] (https://accounts.discogs. com/register). 4. Enter your Discogs.com token (required). You can view or generate a token [here](https://www.discogs.com/settings/developers). 5. If you’re using the WordPress Block Editor, then you can search for the Blocks for Discogs block. Your collection will automatically be displayed, so as long as you have entered a valid username & token. 6. If you’re using the Classic Editor, or a page builder such as Elementor, then you can use the shortcode [blocks-for-discogs]. This plugin employs infinite scroll to seamlessly load your collection as you continue to scroll. This is important to consider, as you will want to avoid placing content below this block/short code. Currently only one block per page is supported, and only the default collection will be displayed. If you add multiple blocks to one page, only the first block will display content. ### Why isn’t my collection displaying? Ensure that both username and token are entered correctly. You must also ensure that your collection is publicly accessible by going [here](https://www.discogs.com/settings/privacy) and enabling „Allow others to browse my collection“. ### Is it possible to … Currently with the initial release it is not possible to sort the collection, select a custom created collection, want lists, for sale lists, or customize how the collection displays. This functionality is intended to be added in future releases. ## Снимци екрана [⌊How the block appears on the front end⌉⌊How the block appears on the front end⌉[ How the block appears on the front end [⌊How the block appears in the Editor⌉⌊How the block appears in the Editor⌉[ How the block appears in the Editor [⌊View of the settings page⌉⌊View of the settings page⌉[ View of the settings page ## Блокови Овај додатак пружа 1 блок. * Blocks for Discogs Display your collection from Discogs in a Gutenberg block or shortcode. Works very well and I hope that it will be continued with a few Options (Sorting, Items per Page, …). ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/f30179e06c13f4f44e4e1ccf391a7507670151dc7ca4d5c46d681622141352e1? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Nice to have a Discogs Plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/nice-to-have-a-discogs-plugin/)󠁿 [retrojimmy](https://profiles.wordpress.org/retrojimmy/) 3. март 2024. Since Discogs doesn't allow iframes to embed collections within websites, this plugin is superb to have. It really needs to be able to filter and sort collections as well pagination as an option instead of infinite scrolling to be practical. Hopefully will see this plugin develop. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/f5ca75c9b3709e00ca7d0c9f18136cabe1eb4aa8c174eda7026273c5f264e461? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Excellent – please continue to develop!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/excellent-please-continue-to-develop/)󠁿 [foxbeefly](https://profiles.wordpress.org/foxbeefly/) 30. август 2023. Easy to use – works out the box – and does what it says. Would be awesome if development continued on this! Would love to see additional options, such as being able to filter display to show only parts of a collection, for example "filter" by Genre. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/02e39617c3a40a7e98bf2d1f5d5056c1851b0ea795ec3ae2fa768aed0cacde00? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Finally, a new, functional Discogs plugin!](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/finally-a-new-functional-discogs-plugin/)󠁿 [studiomarkallen](https://profiles.wordpress.org/studiomarkallen/) 23. април 2023. The sheer fact that this plugin exists is heartening. I'm looking forward to updated releases where we can hopefully have options on the display, sorting, pagination, etc. Thank you for creating this plugin!
